To return a defective product, please proceed as follows:

  • Before you can send a product to the Chamberlain service, you will need an RGA number.
  • Fill in the template provided on this page.
  • Describe the defect as detailed as possible.
  • After review, we will provide you with further instructions via email.
  • Your return shipment will be processed within 5 - 10 working days after receipt.
