4. Disclosure of personal data
a) Your data may be forwarded for the purposes detailed above to our supporting service providers, who are obliged to comply with the data protection regulations in the framework of an order data processing agreement. Of course, we have carefully selected these service providers beforehand and we monitor the compliance with the data protection regulations at regular intervals.
b) In addition, a transfer of your data to third parties takes place only when this is necessary for the processing of an order made via the online shop. In this context, a transfer to the shipping company responsible for the delivery takes place, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods.
